PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having an electrode active material layer on a collector and offering excellent adhesion to the electrode active material layer and excellent output and input characteristics, and a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and a battery pack using the electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery as a positive electrode plate and/or a negative electrode plate.

SOLUTION: An electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises a collector, and an electrode active material layer formed on at least a portion of the surface of the collector. The electrode active material layer contains active material particles containing a crystalline metallic compound and a binder made of a metal oxide. The crystalline metallic compound is doped with one or more kinds of elements selected from metalloid elements and main-group metallic elements, or the metal oxide constituting the binder is doped with one or more kinds of elements selected from metalloid elements and main-group metallic elements.
