<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition from which a cured film having a less adsorption amount of monoethanolamine can be formed, and to provide a method for forming a cured film using the above photosensitive resin composition, a cured film formed by the method, and an organic EL display device and a liquid crystal display device including the cured film. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains: (component A) a copolymer having at least structural units expressed by formula (a1) to formula (a4); (component B) an oxime sulfonate compound expressed by formula (B); and (component C), a solvent.
