<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector which can safely come into contact with a light source lamp even if no interlock switch is used and with which the enhancement of design flexibility, downsizing, weight saving and the reduction of component costs can be achieved. <P>SOLUTION: A projector has a light source device, a power source device for supplying the light source device with electric power obtained from the outside, and an outer casing in which the light source device and the power source device are stored. At the outer casing, there are provided exchange openings at the position corresponding to the arrangement positions of the light source device and a lid body for covering the exchange openings is detachably arranged, the supply of electric power to the light source device is performed in connection with the detachment and attachment of the lid body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
