PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in a light emission quantity of a light-emitting element, which is caused by deviation of a temperature detected by a temperature detector from an actual surrounding temperature of the light-emitting element, resulting from the fact that the light-emitting element is affected by heat generated by its surrounding light-emitting elements.
SOLUTION: Laser diodes in all transmitters are turned on (at a step S2). Then, a light quantity of the laser diodes is detected by a photodiode (at a step S4). An offset value is calculated so that the light quantity of the laser diodes becomes appropriate (at a step S5). The calculated offset value is stored in a temperature offset storage part (at a step S6). That is, a temperature value that brings about a setting light quantity stored in the storage part is calculated, and a difference between the calculated temperature value and a temperature value detected by a temperature detector is used as the offset value.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
