<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine driven generator in which the activation of a motor device having a three-phase induction motor does not affect other devices, when the motor device is connected together with other devices. <P>SOLUTION: An engine driven generator 1 has an engine 3 and a generator body 4 driven by the engine 3. The engine driven generator 1 comprises: a plurality of terminal boards 6 (61-63) provided therein for taking out electric power generated in the generator body 4; a three-phase output terminal board 61 which is at least one of the terminal boards 6 (61-63) connected to the generator body 4 through an inverter device 2 which is set so as to maintain the output of a set frequency when the frequency is gradually increased from a zero frequency at the start of the output and subsequently reaches the set frequency; and start-up command means (start-up stop switch 22) provided therein which commands the inverter device 2 to start the output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
