<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction nozzle of a surface mounting machine having a buffering function. <P>SOLUTION: A suction nozzle of a surface mounting machine according to the present invention comprises a mounting member, a suction head, a stationary shaft, and an elastic member. A shaft hole is provided on one of the mounting member and the suction head, and a supporting surface and an elongated perforation are provided on the other one of the mounting member and the suction head. Both ends of the elastic member come into contact with the supporting surface and the stationary shaft, respectively. When the suction nozzle receives force, the stationary shaft elastically deforms the elastic member and moves along a longitudinal direction of the perforation, so that the suction nozzle is shrunk and moved relative to the mounting member along the longitudinal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
