<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell voltage measurement system and a cell voltage measurement method, capable of reducing a scale of the cell voltage measurement system. <P>SOLUTION: A constant voltage Vreg generated by a regulator 14 based on a cell voltage VDD is inputted into an analog input terminal Ain of an A/D converter 12. The reference voltage terminal of the A/D converter 12 directly receives the cell voltage VDD through a terminal (pad) 18 from a power supply voltage 20. The A/D converter 12 determines the level of an input voltage Ain=the constant voltage Vreg to a reference voltage Vref by defining the cell voltage VDD as the reference voltage Vref to output a conversion result Dout A/D-converted. Since the conversion result Dout increases with decrease of the cell voltage VDD, a processing part 16 measures and monitors the cell voltage VDD based on the conversion result Dout. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
