<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device that can restrain washing water from arriving out of a target range or that can perform comfortable body washing by restraining the washing water from spattering. <P>SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device includes a nozzle that has a water ejection hole for emitting a jet of washing water to the private parts of a user, sitting on a toilet seat, from obliquely behind on the downside. The nozzle can conically discharge the washing water from the water ejection hole by imparting a swirling component to the washing water.
