摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly sensitively quantifying glycyrrhizin, its metabolite or the like in a biological sample. <P>SOLUTION: The high sensitive quantification method of a component derived from crude drugs includes: an extraction step which after injecting a mixture obtained by mixing a biological sample with alkaline or alcohol into a solid phase having a reversed phase partition function and an anion exchange function, washes the solid phase with one or more sorts of mixtures selected from a group consisting of water, alkaline, alcohol, and acetonitrile once or more and elutes an extract from the solid phase by acidic alcohol to prepare the extract including the component derived from the crude drugs; and a step which detects and quantifies at least one or more components selected from a group consisting of glycyrrhizin included in the extract extracted by the extraction step, glycyrrhetinic acid, the glycyrrhizin and a metabolite of the glycyrrhetinic acid, the glycyrrhizin and an analogue of the glycyrrhetinic acid, a saponin component contained in glycyrrhiza, and salts pharmaceutically allowed for these components by using mass spectrometry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
