<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy-load tire which has improved tread durability. <P>SOLUTION: The heavy-load tire includes a belt cushion rubber 10 which has a loss tangent smaller than that of s tread rubber and is arranged between an outer end of a belt layer and a carcass 6. The heavy-load tire satisfies: 0.3≤La/Lb≤0.63---(1), 0.57≤Lc/Ld≤0.83--(2), 0.75≤La/Le≤1.25---(3) and Le≥2.5 mm---(4), wherein, La denotes a radial-direction distance from a cord end of a third belt ply 7C to a groove bottom virtual line, Lc denotes radial-direction distance from a cord end of a second belt ply 7B to the groove bottom virtual line, Lb denotes a thickness of the belt cushion rubber 10 on a radial-direction line Y1 passing through the cord end of the third belt ply 7C. Ld denotes a thickness of the belt cushion rubber 10 on a radial-direction line Y2 passing through the cord end of the second belt ply 7B, and Le denotes separation distance 2 from an outer end of the third belt ply 7C to a belt cord of the second belt ply 7B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
