PURPOSE: A photo-sensitive resin composition, a spacer for a liquid display device manufactured by the same, and the liquid display device including the same are provided to prevent the exfoliation of patterns during a developing process. CONSTITUTION: A photo-sensitive resin composition includes an alkali soluble resin, a photo-polymerizable compound, a photo-polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The alkali soluble resin includes a structural unit represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R2 is R3 which is represented by chemical formula 2, -R1-R3, or chemical formula 3; and R1 is -CH_2, ethylene, (iso)propylene, butylenes, (poly)ethyleneglycol, or (poly)propyleneglycol. In chemical formula 2, R4 is -CH_2, ethylene, (iso)propylene, butylene, (poly)ethylene glycol, or (poly)propylene glycol; and R5 is hydrogen or methyl. In chemical formula 3, R3 is represented by chemical formula 2; R6 is -CH_2, ethylene, (iso)propylene, butylene, (poly)ethylene glycol, or (poly)propylene glycol; R7 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, or -R1-R3; and R1 is -CH_2, ethylene, (iso)propylene, butylene, (poly)ethylene glycol, or (poly)propylene glycol. |
