<p>In order to assist a customer in reliably following a schedule, the present invention provides a guidance system capable of reliably offering the customer with the highest need guidance that has appropriate content and that is at an appropriate timing responsive to the customer. A guidance system for providing a guidance service to a customer within an area preliminarily set in an airport and so forth comprises: a customer information registration unit (100) which registers a scheduled action for a customer, a location information acquisition unit (200) which acquires the location of the customer, a guidance execution unit (400) which guides the customer, and a guidance information processing means (300) which manages the customer information registration means, the location information acquisition means, and the guidance execution means, by way of wireless and wired communications. The guidance execution means is constituted by an autonomous moving body (412, 412'). The customer registration means associates and stores a destination location and a limit on time which are based on the registered scheduled action for the customer, with identification information for identifying the customer; stores in the guidance information processing means the location information related to the stored customer; and then determines the customer to be guided on the basis of the stored destination location, the limit on time, and the location information. The guidance execution means on the basis of the determined instructions, with only the determined customer as the target, moves close to said customer and prompts the customer to move by means of sound or video.</p> |
