<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multipotent adult stem cells (MAPCs) and progeny derived therefrom to provide lymphohematopoietic cells in a tissue of the lymphohematopoietic system of a subject. <P>SOLUTION: A method to provide lymphohematopoietic cells in the tissue of the lymphohematopoietic system includes administering to the subject in need thereof an effective amount of human non-ES, non-germ, and non-embryonic germ cells that are positive for telomerase and can differentiate into ectodermal, endodermal, and mesodermal cell types, wherein the non-ES, non-germ, and non-embryonic germ cells provide lymphohematopoiesis in the subject. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
