<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know a predicted wait time when searching for the place of a nearby automatic transaction device through a mobile terminal or general terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic transaction device has a first face authentication part on it and a second face authentication part in the front. A user is recognized at a constant distance of X meters from the automatic transaction device, and further recognized right before the automatic transaction device to find a wait time from the distance between the two points and the time difference. The obtained wait time is stored in a database in a server together with the time and the day of the week. The server calculates average values by days and time zones in every constant period, and stores them in a table. Average values of the stored data are calculated, and a predicted wait time of the object automatic transaction device on a desired day in a desired time zone of a transaction is reported to the user through the mobile terminal or general terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
