SPR SENSOR CELL, SPR SENSOR, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SPR SENSOR CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SPR sensor cell and an SPR sensor that are excellent in detection sensitivity.

SOLUTION: A SPR sensor cell 1 comprises a detection part 30 and a sample mounting part 31 adjacent to the detection part 30. The detection part 30 includes an optical waveguide that has an underclad layer 3 made of a first resin and a core layer 4 made of a second resin and coated by the underclad layer 3. A resin mixed layer 23 where the first resin is infiltrated into the second resin is formed on the core layer 4's surface layer in contact with the underclad layer 3.
