<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air heat-insulation aseismic structure of a wooden building, excellent in heat insulating properties and earthquake resistance and capable of being efficiently constructed. <P>SOLUTION: Structural plywood 5 is disposed on the outdoor side of a wall framework equipped with a plurality of jambs 3 and 3 disposed at prescribed spacings on a bedsill 1, and a first reinforcing jamb 9 and second reinforcing jambs 10 and 10 are disposed on the indoor sides of the jambs 3 and 3 and both sides of them, respectively. A plurality of face materials 4 and a plurality of heat insulating materials 16 are alternately disposed in a plurality of tiers between the second reinforcing jambs 10 and 10. An air heat-insulation layer 15 is provided between at least one set of face materials 4 and 4. An exterior material 7 is mounted on the outdoor side of the structural plywood 5.
