<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform measurement in a radiation image which is three-dimensionally displayed. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation image of a mamma M is three-dimensionally displayed, and a position designation cursor 40 for designating a position on an image, and a volume cursor 42 which designates an object contained in an image in three dimension are displayed. A tumor 50 in an image is designated with the volume cursor 42, further, a volume of the volume cursor 42 is altered, and the tumor 50 is surrounded with the volume cursor 42. Thereby, a volume of the tumor 50 can be measured.
