<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap enabling easy and sure detachment from a container mouth. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge cap includes: a cap body 1 having an external fitting wall 4 externally fitting to the container mouth; and an upper lid 3 to be arranged side by side in series to the external fitting wall 4 via a hinge part 2. A dividing groove 18 which extends downward from an upper surface side of the external fitting wall so that it divides the external fitting wall into an external wall section 4a and an internal wall section 4b, but does not reach an under surface of the external fitting wall, and two longitudinal holes 19 continuing the dividing groove 18, which extend upward from the under surface of the external fitting wall so that they pass through the inside of the external fitting wall, are formed. An external weakened section 20 formed from the longitudinal holes to an external surface of the external fitting wall extends upward from an under end of the external surface, an internal weakened section 21 formed from the longitudinal holes to an internal surface of the external fitting wall extends upward from an under end of the internal surface, and the hinge part is arranged side by side in series to an external wall part located at a section interposed by the two longitudinal holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
