摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic laser welding method which does not require plastic working for joining to a cylindrical external member and a coiled internal member in an endoscope before laser irradiation, securely performs laser welding even if a member for joining is not interposed between the cylindrical external member and the coiled internal member, and does not alter the internal and external diameters of the cylindrical external member after the laser welding. <P>SOLUTION: In the endoscopic laser welding method, the welding depth H from a cylindrical external member (10) to a coiled internal member (20), with helical weld beads in a non-overlapping arrangement, satisfies the relationship h<H<h+h<SB POS="POST">c</SB>, and the welding energy E satisfies the relationship E<SB POS="POST">2</SB>&le;E&le;E<SB POS="POST">1</SB>when the cylindrical external member and the coiled internal member are welded and secured together and the welding depth reaches the welding depth H, wherein h is the sheet thickness of the cylindrical external member, h<SB POS="POST">c</SB>is the sheet thickness of the coiled internal member, E<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is the maximum welding energy of laser welding that does not alter the internal and external diameters of the cylindrical external member in a location where the coiled internal member is not positioned on the interior side of the cylindrical external member, and E<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is the minimum welding energy that allows the cylindrical external member and the coiled internal member to be welded and secured together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
