<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pump which improves workability in assembling a motor part and a motor control part and in fastening terminals together by soldering and also can build a respiratory pore of the motor extremely simply. <P>SOLUTION: The electric pump comprises a motor control section A including a circuit case 1 which has a circuit section B to control a pump section 9 and a motor section 5 installed therein, a heat sink 6, and a circuit terminal 2a which is provided in the circuit case 1, protruding from the outer surface side toward the heat sink 6 side. The motor section 5 is provided, on a joining side with the motor control section A at a position corresponding to the circuit terminal 2a, with a stator terminal 52c protruding to the outside in an axial direction. The stator terminal 52c, by joining of the motor section 5 and the motor control section A, is penetrated from an inner surface side 1a of the circuit case 1 toward an outer surface side 1b, and the circuit terminal 2a and the stator terminal 52c are joined together or put close to each other on the outer surface side 1b of the circuit case 1.
