HEAT CONDUCTING SHEET, METHOD FOR PRODUCING HEAT CONDUCTING SHEET, AND HEAT RADIATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conducting sheet high in adhesion to a heating element and a radiator, having stress relaxation property, and high in thermal conductivity.

SOLUTION: The heat conducting sheet includes a heat conducting layer 10 and an adhesive layer 20 provided on both sides or one side of a surface of the heat conducting layer 10. The heat conducting layer 10 includes: (A) a non-spherical particle 12 having a volume resistivity of 109Ω m or more and a thermal conductivity of 20 W/mK or more; and (B) an organic polymer compound 14 having a volume resistivity of 109Ω m or more and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or less. The long axis direction of the non-spherical particle 12 is oriented to follow the thickness direction of the heat conducting layer 10. The adhesive layer 20 contains the organic polymer compound 14 included in the heat conducting layer 10 as a main component.
