<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the case that a worker performs maintenance work for returning improper nozzles to proper states even if there are the improper nozzles in a coating head, and to suppress the lowering of an operating ratio. <P>SOLUTION: This droplet coating device relatively scan-moves a coating head in which a plurality of the nozzles are aligned in a prescribed direction and a base board having a coating region in a direction which intersects with the aligning direction of the nozzles, and coats the droplets of a coating liquid on the coating region by discharging the droplets from the nozzles which oppose the coating region at the scan-movement. The droplet coating device includes a detection part which detects discharge states of the droplets from the nozzles, a movement drive part which relatively moves the coating head and the base board in the alignment direction of the nozzles, and a control part 25 which controls the detection part and the movement drive part. The control part 25 determines whether or not the discharge state of the droplet from each nozzle is proper on the basis of the detection result of the detection part 23, and when there are the improper nozzles, controls the movement drive part 10 so that the improper nozzles are positioned out of the coating region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
