<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input pen capable of performing via an input pad analog-like input operation including drawing a line changing from an ultrafine line to an ultra-heavy line by a width of a brush for calligraphy or painting or drawing a Kasure (patchy) line unpredictably and randomly in inputting Tome (stop) and Hane (upward brushstroke). <P>SOLUTION: An input tip of the input touch pen is composed of tapered fibers. The tapered fiber is coated with conductive resin on a surface thereof.
