MULTILAYER PLASTIC CONTAINER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer plastic container capable of satisfactorily exhibiting excellent oxygen barrier properties of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer without providing a special adhesive layer and capable of not only being effectively applied even when a polyolefin resin is used as inner and outer layers but also easily setting a condition for satisfying a fixed characteristics.

SOLUTION: In the multilayer plastic container wherein an oxygen barrier layer having an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer as a matrix and an adhesive intermediate layer made of a blended material of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and a maleic anhydride-modified olefin resin are provided adjacently to each other between the inner and outer layers, the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer used for forming the oxygen barrier layer and the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer used for forming the adhesive intermediate layer both have 20 to 60 mol% ethylene content and the adhesive intermediate layer contains the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and the maleic anhydride-modified olefin resin at a weight ratio of 4:6 to 8:2 and contains a high MFR component having 100 to 500 g/10 min at 190°C and a low MFR component having 2 to 90 g/10 min at 190°C as the maleic anhydride-modified olefin resin.
