<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a diaphragm in a pressure control valve having a diaphragm type power element. <P>SOLUTION: In an upper housing 13, a diaphragm 14 and a lower housing 12 which constitute the power element 2, the flange of the upper housing 13 is constituted of a flat surface part 21 stuck to the diaphragm 14, a tapered part 22 inclined in a direction separated from the diaphragm 14 and a curved part 23 to provide inflection points P1 and P2 to be fulcrums when the diaphragm 14 is displaced and the flange of the lower housing 12 is constituted of a flat surface part 24 stuck to the diaphragm 14 and a curved part 25 to provide an inflection point P3 to be a fulcrum when the diaphragm 14 is displaced. Thereby, since stress is applied to the diaphragm 14 upon operation to be dispersed into three inflection points P1, P2 and P3, durability of the diaphragm 14 can be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
