<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser type gas analyzer for multicomponent that can ensure that density of gas is measured regardless of high or low density and improve detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A laser type gas analyzer for multicomponent includes a processing circuit for visible light and a processing circuit for near infrared light that each generate a reference signal having a double frequency component of a high frequency modulation signal for each pigtail type light emitting element, detect the double frequency component from an output signal supplied from a light receiving element for visible light or a light receiving element for near infrared light to output a synchronous detection signal, and compute density of gas to be measured on the basis of the synchronous detection signal and a trigger signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
