<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind rivet capable of fastening panels even when an inner diameter of a mounting hole in a mounted member is larger than an outer diameter of a flange of a rivet body. <P>SOLUTION: The blind rivet for fastening a plurality of mounted members with mounting holes includes: a rivet body (10) having a sleeve (11), a flange (12) and a through-hole (13); a mandrel (20) having an elongated shank (21) and a head (23); and a washer (30). The head of the mandrel is placed adjacent to a sleeve-side end portion of the rivet body, the stem of the mandrel is configured so as to extend out from a flange-side end portion through the through-hole in the rivet body, and the washer is mounted, adjacent to the flange, on an outer periphery of the sleeve of the rivet body. A portion of an outer peripheral surface of the sleeve adjacent to the flange is swaged to form a recessed portion and enlarge a diameter in a different position. The washer is pushed into the diametrically enlarged portion and is fixed.
