CALCULATION DEVICE FOR POWER CONSUMPTION ESTIMATION FUNCTION EXPRESSION, AND ESTIMATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR POWER CONSUMPTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the probability that an electric power consumption is estimated in lack of common sense depending upon data gathering quality of an operator.

SOLUTION: An estimation device for electric power consumption includes an initial control amount acquisition part 11 which acquires a control amount PV when a set value SP is changed; a target set value acquisition part 12 which acquires a set value SP having been changed; a manipulate amount upper-limit value acquisition part 13 which acquires a manipulate amount upper-limit value OH; an electric power consumption basic estimation part 14 which calculates an electric power consumption estimated value PW1 of a heater from an electric power consumption estimation expression; a correction amount calculation part 15 which calculates a correction amount ΔPW using an estimation function expression that a calculation device for power consumption estimation function expression calculates; an upper/lower-limit processing part 16 which performs upper/lower-limit processing on the correction amount ΔPW based upon the electric power consumption estimated value PW1; and an electric power consumption correction part 17 which corrects the electric power consumption estimated value PW1 by summing up the correction amount ΔPW after the upper/lower-limit processing and the electric power consumption estimated value PW1 that the electric power consumption basic estimation part 14 calculates.
