摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass junction structure, an electrode member for a cold-cathode fluorescent lamp, a cold-cathode fluorescent lamp, and a reed switch that have an excellent adhesion characteristic between a lead part and a glass. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode member 1 includes: an electrode part 11; a lead part 12 connected to the end part of the electrode part 11; and a glass part 13 bonded to the outer periphery of the lead part 12. The lead part 12 is made up of, for example, kovar, and has an oxide film 121s in a part of surface thereof covered by the glass part 13. The glass part 13 has an ion diffusion layer 13i on the inner peripheral side contacting the oxide film 121s. The surface of the oxide film 121s is in a shape having fine irregularity, and there is substantially no Fe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>in the ion diffusion layer 13i, thereby obtaining an excellent adhesion characteristic between the lead part 12 and the glass part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
