<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical imaging lens with two lenses. <P>SOLUTION: An optical imaging lens with two lenses includes, along an optical axis Z from an object side to an image side, an aperture stop S, a first lens 11 of positive refractive power, which is a biconvex lens, and a second lens 12 of negative refractive power, which is a meniscus lens having a concave surface on the object side and a convex surface on the image side, in this order.
