<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which sufficiently exerts game properties of the game machine by strongly motivating a player to operate an operation means, thereby urging the player to understand the game properties of the game machine. <P>SOLUTION: Whether an operation input is performed or not is determined after the lapse of a period of time in which receipt of the operation input is validated.
