An overhead visor display system for an aircraft cockpit includes one or more transparent OLED visors. The visor may display text and images, such as aircraft flight or system data, navigational data, conformal images of actual views outside the aircraft, or may function as a sun shade. The visor may be rotated up towards the ceiling of the cockpit out of view. Optionally, the visors may be moved by a pilot on a rail from one side window to the front windscreen, and to the other side window. |
