摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a case antenna with a built-in coil type wireless frequency antenna and a case antenna apparatus manufactured according to the manufacturing method. The method of manufacturing the case antenna with the built-in coil type wireless frequency antenna includes: a first step of respectively forming a coil type wireless frequency antenna in which a plurality of contact pads corresponding to a plurality of contact terminals formed on a main board of a mobile communication terminal is exposed through one side surface thereof and an adhesion layer is formed on the other side surface thereof, and a case of the mobile communication terminal, wherein a groove having a predetermined shape corresponding to an outer appearance of the coil type wireless frequency antenna is formed in an inner surface of the case; a second step of attaching the coil type wireless frequency antenna on an inner surface of the groove formed in the inner surface of the case of the mobile communication terminal using the adhesion layer formed on the other side surface of the coil type wireless frequency antenna; a third step of adhering and stacking an electromagnetic wave absorber having a shape covering the coil type wireless frequency antenna on one side surface of the coil type wireless frequency antenna, wherein the electromagnetic wave absorber is formed by pre-mixing, dispersing, filtering, and coating powder generated by flaky-processing or crushing one of permalloy, sendust, a silicon steel, soft magnetic ferrite, and an amorphous alloy, and then drying the resultant material, and a fourth step of adhering and stacking a finishing material having a shape covering the electromagnetic wave absorber and having a through hole in a position corresponding to that of each of the plurality of contact pads on one side surface of the electromagnetic wave absorber to form a uniform inner surface of the case of the mobile communication terminal. Thus, since the groove having the predetermined shape corresponding to the outer appearance of the wireless frequency antenna is formed in the inner surface of the case of the mobile communication terminal to mount the wireless frequency antenna, which is mounted on a battery cell of a mobile communication terminal according to the related art, within the case of the mobile communication terminal, capacity of a battery may be increased within a limited space. Also, an antenna wire constituting the coil type wireless frequency antenna may be formed in a plate shape to satisfy needs with respect to miniaturization and slimness of the mobile communication terminal and simplify the manufacturing process, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. In addition, the antenna wire constituting the coil type wireless frequency antenna may be formed as a copper wire coated with an external insulation layer to improve a tensile strength of the antenna wire. Also, to form contact points of the plurality of contact terminals formed on the main board of the mobile communication terminal, the external insulation layer formed at a point corresponding to that of each of the plurality of contact terminals of the antenna wire constituting the coil type wireless frequency antenna may be removed, and then conductive paste may be coated on the point at which the external insulation layer is removed to form the contact pads of which both side surfaces are plated with gold, thereby improving antenna characteristics.</p>
