PURPOSE: Lentinus edodes tea containing ligularia fischeri, and a producing method thereof are provided to maintain the unique flavor and taste of lentinus edodes for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of lentinus edodes tea comprises the following steps: removing foreign materials from lentinus edodes; drying the lentinus edodes in the sun until the water content of the lentinus edodes is 5-10wt%; roasting the lentinus edodes for 5-10 minutes at 60-80deg C, and crushing the dried lentinus edodes into 50-100 meshes; drying ligularia fischeri leaves in the shade; roasting the ligularia fischeri leaves for 5-10 minutes at 140-150 deg C, and crushing the dried ligularia fischeri leaves into 100-150 meshes; mixing 100 parts of lentinus edodes powder by weight with 50-80 parts of ligularia fischeri leaf powder by weight; dipping the obtained lentinus edodes tea into pear juice; and aging the lentinus edodes tea for 10-15 hours at 25-35 deg C and another 10-20 hours at 35-45 deg C.
