The ultrasound therapy tool (T) that performs treatment by irradiating ultrasonic waves on the affected part (A) is provided with: a first unit (1) having an ultrasound transducer (11) on which is formed an irradiation surface capable of irradiating ultrasonic waves and a first casing (12) that supports the ultrasound transducer (11) with the irradiation surface of the ultrasound transducer (11) exposed to the outside; and a second unit that has a controller that generates a drive signal for the ultrasound transducer (11) according to the values set for the ultrasonic waves by external input and a second casing that accommodates the controller. The first casing (12) is provided with the ultrasound transducer (11) on one side in the thickness direction of the first casing (12) and with a display (13) capable of displaying the set values for the ultrasonic waves on the other side in the thickness direction of the first casing (12). Moreover, concave guides (12g, 12h) are formed on the pair of sides that are paired in the width direction of the first casing (12), which guide the fingers of one hand of the operator to run along the sides thereof.
