PURPOSE: An up-down device of a roll brush is provided to accurately control the up-down distance of a roll brush because a rotary shaft support unit is linearly moved depending on the displacement of a cylinder rod. CONSTITUTION: An up-down device of a roll brush comprises a support block(20), a rolling unit(30), and a cylinder(40). The support block supports a rotary shaft(12) of a roll brush, and the bottom surface of the support block is inclined. The rolling unit is moved along the inclined bottom surface of the support block and vertically moves the support block. The cylinder transfers driving force to the rolling unit.
