<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory medium using an organic dye material which can be recorded/reproduced with light of wavelength of 620nm or less and a recording method and a recording device using the medium. <P>SOLUTION: Due to the influence of absorption spectral characteristic of a normal organic dye material, the light absorption rate is drastically deteriorated in the case of the light of wavelength smaller than 620nm so that the recording sensitivity is reduced, By using an "L→H" organic dye recording material in which the reflecting ratio increases in the recorded part (recording mark) than in non-recording parts, so that substrate deformation is unnecessary by forming the recording mark utilizing discoloration effect due to the detachment of electronic coupling, enhancing the recording sensitivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
