<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap attaching member readily and firmly engaged to a portable device, having a strength and durability responding to a load within an assumed range, and having decoration property and ornamental effect, and to provide a portable device strap with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The strap attaching member is attached to a hole of the portable device having the engageable hole, and the strap attaching member 100 includes a connecting strap inserted through the hole, and a single-touch connecting portion inserted into one or both ends of the connecting strap.
