<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-element wiring member which relaxes a stress incident to connection with an electrode formed in a photoelectric conversion element, and reduces poor connection with the electrode, and to provide a photoelectric conversion element connection body, or the like, where a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are interconnected by the inter-element wiring member. <P>SOLUTION: An interconnector 20 comprises an extension 21 extending unidirectionally, and connections 22 fixed to n-electrodes 8 or p-electrodes 9 formed on the cell substrate 11 of a photoelectric conversion element 1 and connected with these electrodes 8, 9. The connections 22 are formed in the shape of a comb projecting from the extension 21 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the unidirection. The extension 21 is in contact with the cell substrate 11 but is not affixed. Since the extension 21 is not affixed to the cell substrate 11, stress incident to thermal contraction can be released. Furthermore, the degree of freedom can be enhanced in the arrangement of the n-electrodes 8 and p-electrodes 9 formed in the photoelectric conversion element 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
