<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overheating detection unit capable of reliably cutting off the supply of oxygen to ensure safety by mechanically pressing a pathway of oxygen and closing it upon detecting a high temperature environment if it is exposed to fire or an abnormally high temperature environment while a user is inhaling oxygen using the cannula by being installed between an oxygen-concentrating device and the cannula; and to provide the oxygen-concentrating device. <P>SOLUTION: A body part 301 includes: a temperature sensor 453 which is disposed on an oxygen outlet part 310 and detects the temperature of the part 310; and a closure structural part 400 which, when the temperature sensor 453 detects a temperature exceeding a predetermined temperature, closes a pathway 315 between a connecting member 330 and the oxygen outlet part 310 and cut off the supply of oxygen. The closure structural part 400 has a drive part M, a cam 401 as an operating member to be operated by the drive part M, and a closure member 402 for closing the pathway 315 by the movement of the cam 401. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
