The invention relates to a minimally invasive instrument (1) having an enlargeable sensor head with a flat sensor element (7) that has elastic properties. In order to permit an improved minimally invasive instrument, it is proposed that the sensor element (7) has a film element (13) with a first layer (15) and with a second layer (17) spaced apart from the first layer (15) by means of spacers (19), wherein the sensor element (7) has, arranged between the layers (15, 17) of the film element (13), expansion- sensitive, polymer-based resistance elements (21) for picking up tactile stimuli. |
