TEMPERATURE SENSOR AND A HEATER EQUIPPED THEREWITH

The present design relates to a temperature sensor and to a heater equipped therewith, and more particularly relates to the heater of a pressuriser in a nuclear reactor coolant system equipped with a temperature sensor; wherein two strands of different types of metal wire of a temperature sensor are constituted in coil shapes or zig-zag shapes, such that, even in high-temperature and high-pressure environments such as in pressurisers, it is possible to autonomously absorb thermal expansion or contraction and therefore possible to adequately exhibit the function of a temperature sensor inside a heater without malfunctioning such as wire breakage, and it is possible to protect heaters by promptly sensing any occurrence of abnormal overheating, overloading or reduced dielectric resistance or dielectric breakdown during operation of the system.
