<p>The invention relates to a cover consisting of movable roofing modules (M) including a cover supported by a rigid frame (100), including: two crossbeams (110 and 120), longitudinally arranged cross-members (130) bracing said beams, the cross-members (200 and 200') connecting the two ends of the beams (110 and 120) being referred to as end cross-members and allowing the module to travel by accommodating wheels and/or by being preformed with surfaces engaging with guide wheels, at least one module being capable of translating longitudinally to the pond and of tilting on at least one of the sides thereof, said cross-members being connected to plates attached to the edge of the pond, characterised in that the profile of said end cross-member (200) is preformed with a U-shaped groove (242) in which a projection (410) of at least one plate (400) attached to the edge of the pond is inserted so as to suppress the vertical and horizontal transverse translation of the roof module (M), leaving enough play to allow horizontal longitudinal translation, the top surface of the groove engaging with the top surface of the projection so as to enable the module (M) to tilt about the rim thereof. The invention can be used for covers for garden ponds.</p> |
