Disclosed is a method for distributed resource allocation, which relates to the field of wireless communication and is used to accelerate the iterative convergence during distributed resource allocation. The technical solution provided by the present invention is a method for distributed resource allocation, comprising: a transmitting terminal receiving interference parameters measured after the previous resource allocation and fed back by a receiving terminal; according to the result of the previous resource allocation and the interference parameters, self-adaptively adjusting iteration steps at which a gradient iteration is performed during the current resource allocation; using the adjusted iteration steps to perform the gradient iteration and finishing the process of the present resource allocation. The method and device for distributed resource allocation provided by the embodiments of the present invention are suitable for various wireless resource allocations which use distributed gradient iteration algorithms.
