THROTTLE VALVE DEVICE INCLUDING CONTROL LOGIC OF THROTTLE VALVE FOR DIESEL VEHICLE AND THE CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A throttle valve device including throttle valve control logic and a control method thereof are provided to make maximum combustion pressure of a diesel engine lower because an air amount supplied to an engine in an idle driving so that an exciting force is diminished. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a throttle valve device including throttle valve control logic is as follows. When an accelerator pedal and a vehicle speed are zero, a contentment of an idle entry condition is confirmed(S1). When the accelerator pedal and vehicle speed are zero, a vehicle is decided as an idle mode. A target air amount map stores an target air amount according to an engine RPM(Revolution Per Minute) and jetting amount of fuel. An EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and a throttle valve is controlled so that an air amount supplied to each cylinder reaches the target air amount through the target air amount map(S2,S3,S4).
