PURPOSE: A medicine feeding device is provided to effectively discharge medicine from a roller by rotatably installing the roller to an exhaust air supply part. CONSTITUTION: A medicine feeding device comprises a hopper(100), a roller(200), a blush(300), a motor(400), and an exhaust air supply part(700). The hopper stores medicines. A mounting groove(202) in which the medicines are mounted is formed in the outer circumference of the roller. The roller comprises a vacuum suction passage to be communicated with the mounting groove. The roller is rotatably installed on the exhaust air supply part. The brush sweeps away the medicine which is not mounted on the mounting groove. The motor rotates the roller and the exhaust air supply part is arranged in the vacuum suction passage.
