<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify three new cDNA clones that encode new human Toll polypeptides, designated in the present application as PRO285 (encoded by DNA40021), PRO286 (encoded by DNA42663) and PRO358 (encoded by DNA47361). <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the identification and isolation of new DNAs encoding the human Toll proteins PRO285, PRO286 and PRO358, and to methods and means for the recombinant production of these proteins.
