<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wobbling by easily suppressing the size tolerance of a center shaft of a connection part in axial direction, to maintain the stability of a vehicle body, to improve turning performance, and to achieve a stable traveling state without giving the sense of incongruity to an occupant with riding comfortableness. <P>SOLUTION: A connection part 24 includes a center shaft 60 extending in the width direction of a vehicle body, a first frame 61 non-rotatably attached to the center shaft, a second frame 71 rotatably attached to the center shaft, a spacer member 74 slidably attached to the second frame in the axial direction of the center shaft, and an adjustment nut member 72 engaged with the second frame.
