<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Staphylococcal bacterial immunogenic composition, a vaccine and processes for preparation thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The immunogenic composition includes a mixture of a Staphylococcal bacterial antigen combined with an antigen having various functions, for example, a Staphylococcal bacterial extracellular component binding protein and a Staphylococcal bacterial transporter protein, or a virulence modulator of the Staphylococcal bacterial extracellular component binding protein and the Staphylococcal bacterium or a toxin, or a combination of the Staphylococcal bacterial transporter protein and the virulence modulator of the Staphylococcal bacterium or the toxin.
