<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding power supply that reduces negative effects of iron powder and moisture intake by a fan on electrical components and facilitates cleaning a heat sink with electrical components mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: An air duct 25 arranged at rear of a casing 20 extends longitudinally in a direction from an end surface 20c to an end surface 20d of the casing 20, and both longitudinal ends of the air duct 25 serve as air outlets. A first fan 21 is provided at a longitudinally middle position on a rear surface of the air duct 25. A heat sink 23 with a first electrical component arranged on a rear surface thereof is provided on a front surface of the air duct 25. Air from the first fan 21 hits the heat sink 23 at a right angle thereto and then flows along fins 23b. A second fan 27 is attached to an upper partition plate 24 on a side of a front surface 20a of the casing 20, so as to cool a second electrical component 30 provided in an inner space 33 of the casing 20.
